By confirming your order you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. All prices are subject to change. Promotional terms apply only within the stated time period for any promotions. All delivery charges may not be included in the stated product price.

2. While Gray Tree Services will try to ensure that prices on the website are correct, we will not be held responsible for any errors which may occur. In the event that we do discover an error in the pricing of our goods before an order is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to re-submit the order.

3. When processing an order, information provided will be subject to fraud and credit prevention checks.

4. If the goods are found to be faulty, please contact a member of our customer services team on 07811907414.

5. All goods are subject to availability.

6. All orders are subject to approval by us. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of any order placed does not constitute legal acceptance of an order by Gray Tree Services.

7. If an order is cancelled or turned away (order not accepted) while the goods are in transit then a delivery charge of £35 plus VAT per pallet will be applied.

8. No representations or warranties are made about any goods other than expressly contained in this website.

9. Gray Tree Services liability for any injury, loss or damage, in particular, consequential loss arising from the use of goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from negligence of Gray Tree Services or any of its agents will be limited to a refund value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

10. Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or services on this website.
